[~stefvic] I suspect the NPandayArtifactResolver is the same instance accross
projects in the reactor - then the cache would mess things up.
Tried {{<instantiation-strategy>per-lookup</instantiation-strategy>}}, but that
didn't help. But I'm not sure if it is supported by the plexus version running.
