I've updated the versions on trunk (this also helped get CI working again) to 1.3-incubating-SNAPSHOT.
There's some other things not on that list that will need to be done - basically most of the things in the incubator status file I referred to last week. We need to sort out the IP clearance, and getting the headers consistent, and a few other license related things.
