Hi Liit, Was the release finalized already?
After the vote passed, you'd need to copy the sources and binaries to /www/www.apache.org/dist/incubator/npanday in people.a.o. You should be able to view it from http://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/npanday afterwards. I took a look at the NPanday site module and it seems we're missing a Downloads page. I suggest we create one where we can place the links for the mirrors then reference that Downloads page in the release notes instead.
