It got tripped on the initial version change and some server misconfigurations.
With moving to Apache's Jenkins instance on the cards, some of these things
haven't been fixed.
That should be ready now if someone wants to proceed - I think Joe filed the
initial ticket and was working on it.
In the mean time, I am building it again on ci.npanday.org now.
