I haven't reconfirmed using the old webservice we had for testing. This
could be a connection problem on my end, because the webservice I used for
testing also failed on me yesterday. That maybe the reason why it also
failed on the old test webservice.

The framework is not really followed on what is identified in the pom.xml

Checking on the build logs again I see this a lot now but the resulting
builds are still working. I will still alter this though, and investigate
why it is able to generate the output file even with dependencies missing.

I have also filed a ticket
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NPANDAY-399this is scheduled for
1.3.2-incubating to follow up on the changes for the
uac and pab removal refactoring.
