Hi Joe,

This looks good. I would leave out the feature list for 1.4.1, because it's not 
necessarily relevant for the report, and I'm not sure we've agreed to do all 
those things before 1.4.1 :)

Can you paste this into the wiki before it gets closed off? We also need some 
mentors to sign off on it.
