Hi,

it would be great, if we could use the many new language features introduced in 
C# 3.0 and 4.0.

If I implement multi-targeting 
(https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NPANDAY-404), is it then OK to require 
.NET 4.0 tools and Visual Studio 2010 for all NPanday developers?
