There are two tests that still fail when run with Maven 3, but not with Maven 2:
- NPANDAY-329 (seems the bin directory is not generated as expected - may be a
bug in NPanday when run under Maven 3)
- IT0028 (lack of support for non-unique snapshots - should be disabled under
Maven 3).
