RE: reference maven properties in multi module npanday projects

I entered a bug.. NPANDAY-395, then Brett closed it as a duplicate of 
NPANDAY-98.  The problem seems to be deep rooted in how npanday works with the 
RDF store.  I would love to know whether there is a workaround though.  Thanks.
