Coming back a little late.
We'd not like to go into using Npgsql specific api here to support Large object and would like to stick to the standard ADO.Net api if possible.

Is there a problem with the driver ? Did you or someone manage to find out whats going wrong there ? Otherwise we might have to try using the field type as bytea and then dump the bytes there.

Hi Ishpal.

I'm checking that.

Have you tried to put it using large object api? See an example in
Npgsql User Manual.

I hope it helps.
