Damn. What gets my knickers in a twist every time is that the man and his minions cannot be forthright to save their damn lives. How simple would it have been to send out a freaking email saying there is a problem with the copyright/trademark? ESPECIALLY since this information--aka the TRUTH--is always so easy to find out.
