I hope I am wrong, because I am really excited about one tidbit for
this rumored project of Harrah's: Norm also reports on the possibility
that Prince could be the headliner for it. Prince has a long history
in Vegas, of course. He recorded a live DVD at the Aladdin in 2003 and
over the years has played many concerts here including a series of
celebrated after concerts at Studio 54 in MGM. But to the best of my
knowledge Prince has never had a connection to a Harrah's property.
But if you are going to have a mysterious huge and exciting project
sneaking up on Las Vegas, a rumor of the enigmatic, mercurial and
extravagant performer Prince (Prince, Symbolina, Artist Formerly Known
as Prince and then Prince again) getting a showroom feels both
metaphorically and literally perfect.

(Thanx 2 others who sent this in, but going by time post first and
this was about 90 minutes ago.-j7)
