Purpose: To gather feedback on the use of the Sampling Calculator.
We demonstrated the sampling calculator on April 3 and April 5, 2006 via webinar and have since been distributing access names and passwords to states. If you have a accessed the calculator, we especially want to hear from you so we can learn from your experiences and improve the tool to meet your needs. Others who intend to use the sampling calculator are also invited to join in.
The Sampling Calculator <http://www.psocenter.org/calculators.html> allows states to establish representative samples of school districts and students to include in the annual post-school data collection effort. Use of the calculator requires a username and password. To ensure coordination of data entry within each state, we will release the user name and password to one person per state.
