Might you add a question - how does the information gathered in the State of Illinois (and the other states, as well), for SPP indicator 14 reflect the information the schools are collecting for SPP indicator 13?
 
It seems to me, at least, that for us to have information that can be used to evaluate and improve the special education programs and the results of the programs for our students that we need to be able to very simply match the data we are collecting on results to the data we are collecting on programs and services.
 
Does that make sense?
