Virginia has a pretty high military population.  One 
locality is
concerned about families moving within the year and not 
finding the
families.  We gave them some suggestions, but if other 
states have the
same issue, we'd like to know what they do.

We participated in the call this week, but we were in a 
car coming from
a training event and could not keep contact with the 
satellite to hear
everything.
