Dear Colleagues, The Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS) is pleased to announce a Notice of Final Priority (NFP) under the Special Demonstration Programs--Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) number 84.235U--that is administered by OSERS' Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA). This NFP was published in the July 5, 2007, issue of the Federal Register <http://www.ed.gov/legislation/FedRegister/announcements/2007-3/070507a.html > . The priority is to support projects that demonstrate the use of promising practices in collaborative transition planning and service delivery to improve the postsecondary education and employment outcomes of youths with disabilities. The Department is making available discretionary grants totaling approximately $2,250,000 annually to fund four to seven projects for up to five years. Only state vocational rehabilitation agencies are eligible to apply for these grants.
