Intended Outcomes 
Participants will:
. Learn how to implement the Post-School Outcomes Data Use Toolkit at State and 
Local levels.
. Customize the Local PSO Data Point Template using State and local Indicator 
14 data the State will bring. 
. Practice how to actively engage stakeholders in examining post-school 
outcomes data at State and local levels to guide improvement planning.
. Learn how other States are using the Post-School Outcomes Data Use Toolkit.
. Gain knowledge about NPSO, NSTTAC, and NDPC-SD resources to select 
evidence-based secondary transition practices for targeted populations.


Who
. We encourage state teams of two people (one SEA and one LEA).
. The number of participants will be limited to 50 to maximize the learning 
experience.

Travel Support Available We encourage teams of two people (one SEA, one LEA). 
NPSO is pleased to provide travel for one person from each State up to 20 
States on a first come first serve basis. SEA and LEA personnel should 
communicate with one another, then one person from the SEA should contact Linda 
Lynch, 541-346-0358, [email protected] to arrange airfare, lodging, ground 
transportation and per diem. Other participants are responsible for all travel 
costs including airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and per diem. 
Breakfast and lunch will be provided for all participants on both training days.

Pre-Training Preparation Teams should plan to bring existing State and local 
Indicator 14 PSO data. Once registered additional preparation instructions will 
be provided.
