Other tools that may be of interest to those working on their SPP:

We want to share with you three tools created to help states analyze and
report and use their post-school outcomes data. The first is the NPSO
Response Calculator, the second is the Data Display Template and the third
is the District-By-District Tables. Our partner, State University of New
York, SUNY, revised the DDT and DBDT to meet the language of the new
measurement table.

The NPSO Response Calculator is used to test whether the respondents to your
survey or interview represent the total leavers on key demographic
variables. The Response Calculator is available at
http://www.psocenter.org/analysis.html
<http://www.psocenter.org/analysis.html>

Indicator 14 Response Calculator- Allows states to compare the similarity
of the respondent sample to the representative sample. A 2-minute Flash
Demo showing how to use the Response Calculator can be found at.

Data Display Templates Creates four stacked bar graphs of the post-school
outcomes disaggregated by the demographic groups of gender, method of exit,
race/ethnicity, and disability. The graphs are created in Excel 207. Data
are entered on two worksheets. Information from these worksheets is used to
create pages that can be used for reporting and presentation purposes.
