This month we are focusing on developing a logic model and making the
connections between improvement activities and identified outcomes. Please join
us to learn how to develop a logic model and share your state’s process for
gathering stakeholder input ad determining improvement strategies for the SSIP.
We are looking forward to hearing from everyone. Please join us August 14,
