Bug description:
  in cpp/sim_engine/base_object/base_object.cpp:

  bool base_object::apply(int time, float quanta)
  {
    (....)
    triplet ra = torque / (tmass * 0.5); // not accurate!!
    (....)
  };

  This does not accurately reflect how mass interacts with torque to
  produce changes in rotational velocity.
