inverted truth table (discovered during unit test).

Bug description:
in /cpp/sim_engine/base_object/base_object.[h|cpp] :
bool base_object::check_collision(sphere s)
{
float r = s.radius + bounding_sphere.radius;
return r <=
s.center.range(bounding_sphere.center+location);
};
This method should take an object_p (a pointer to an object) instead
of a sphere; this will greatly simplify collision checks.
