[ns] Null Agent gives an Invalid Command

Hello all,
   
  Where is the "C" code for the Null agent?. I am trying to run the test files 
that came with ns2.28 and they gave a command to the Null Agent as you will see 
in the code below but it is an invalid command.
  I built my ns2.28 under windows using MS VC++ 6.0. 
   
  the test I am running is:
  C:\NS>ns test-suite-wireless-lan-newnode.tcl
   
  and the error is: 
   
  invalid command name "Agent/Null"
    while executing
"Agent/Null set sport_          0"
    (file "test-suite-wireless-lan-newnode.tcl" line 104)
