Hi there, Maybe you can try download the rar package from this site http://140.116.72.80/~smallko/ns2/ns_setup.rar. This rar package contains cygwin+ns-2.27+bashrc files. The guide for this installation can be found at http://140.116.72.80/~smallko/ns2/setup_en.htm.
