Hi,
I am researching on a wireless routing protocol called LTR which is a
modified form of DSDV and it also predicts the next node for communication if a
link is breaking or getting weak.
I have already done my reasearch and have some test cases with different
directions and speed of nodes. My teacher wants me to get it done in NS-2 and
generate the results.
I have few questions on that,
Is there any help or guidance from anyone of you in implementation of this
new routing protocol in NS-2?
Would I be able to create a new Wireless routing protocol or will it be
supported or not onm NS-2 ?
I had my code in Java but not for NS-2 and I was brain storming for few
weeks on DSDV code available in NS-2 and seems like that they are using
everything for alaready generated DSDV_Agent Class and I am not getting much
help from it.
I just need some help that what needs to be done specifically for NS-2 if I
need to implement my routing protocol , some key functions or any help would be
really appreciated. Any documentation or anyone of you if already implemented
something like this and could help me, I would really appreciate any help.
