[ns] NS modification in tcl-object.tcl

Hi,ns-users，

    I want to debug my NS program ,so I add some output data in file 
tcl-object.tcl,which is located in ns/tclcl/lib.But nothing happened when I run 
some test program,Why?? Do I need some further modification in NS? any advise 
is appreciated,thanks a lot
