[ns] Sack and Newreno in NS2.29

Hello all,

I need to use the Sack or Snack Agent of NS and work with Westwood+ to see
if Sack or Snack can improve Westwood+ (which is based
in Newreno) performances. Unfortunately, it seems that Sack1 Agent in
NS2.29doesn"t perform very well compared to Newreno. Is there
something special in
the Newreno Agent of NS2.29?
