You cannot "install" mobility models in ns-2. Nodes mobility is defined using the "setdest" command in your tcl script (you can find a simple example in tcl/ex/simple-wireless.tcl). When a complex mobility model is needed "setdest" commands can be generated from a mobility generator, and can then be provided as a trace file to ns-2. Several mobility generators are capable of producing ns-2 mobility traces. If you are interested in RWM, you can have a look at BonnMotion, IMPORTANT, or even to the simple tool which is provided with the official ns-2 distribution (in indep-utils/cmu-scen-gen).
