Hi Saad, I have been getting the same problem while installing NS 2.29.2 since last 2 days and at last I figured out the problem today. Searched lots on the net but could find anything so here goes whats wrong with NS.
The configure script being used in TCL8.4.11 , Tk and OTcl does not fully comply with bash 3.1.x and 4.x.x . So it gives syntax errors while configuring.
