Hi everybody, I was trying to install Cygwin 2.510.2.2 on my machine on Windows 98 for installing ns 2.29. But after installing Cygwin from the internet, when I am trying to start it, it is showing the error : "A required .DLL file, CYGINTL-3.DLL, was not found". I have searched the internet to find two versions of the above file in .tar format : libintl3-0.14.1-1 and libintl3-0.14.1-1, and placed them one by one at C:\cygwin\usr\bin\ . Still it is showing the same error message. Can anyone please help.
