[ns] Regarding ns-allinone-2.1b8a

Hi there,

Can anybody point me to the version of Linux where nsallinone-2.1b8a.tar
installs without errors?  I have tried Fedora, Red Hat Linux 9 & Sun OS,
Cygwin without any luck.
