Assuming you're talking about an 802.11 network, have a look at
mac/mac802_11.{h,cc}. My recommendation would be to find those
variables that you wish to adjust, and bind them to members of the
Mac/802.11 Tcl object, so that you can adjust them in your simulation
scripts.
I'm rather curious what you intend to study by this, since all of the
stuff you've described varying is defined by the IEEE standards.
