[ns] How to know supported options for tcp in ns-2?

Hi all,
In static wireless network (where stations don't move),  I want to know 
the list of parameters I can use for TCP traffic as well as for the 
network itself. Is there any "unlimited"(or similar) option for tcp in 
ns-2, I dont know what it does.  I tried google but was not of much use. 
If any can help me I will be very happy.
