[ns] transmit information between layer

hi all,
some one know how to create a pointer pointing another layer because i want
to transmet informatiom between ll and mac layer.
i want to transmit the cw_ from mac-802_11.cc to  priqueue.cc or
droptail.ccand transmit the fid_ to
mac802.11.
