[ns] NS-2.1b7a Compatibilty

Hello!
Can anyone plzz tell me on which platform NS-2.1b7a is compatible i m using
Fedora 5 but this version of NS is not compatible wd its GCC.
Please let me know the versions of Linux or Fedora.
