Hi:
I use gt-itm to create a topology with 100 nodes and about 180 links. The
bandwidth of all links is 15mb. There are 10 UDP connections in my simulation.
The routing protocol is LinkState (LS). CBR rate is 0.15mb. Simulation time is
50 seconds.
I want to use this simulation to compute network throughput!
During the simulation, most data packets are dropped. In the trace file,
rtProtoLS packets are everywhere. Only little CBR packets.
My question:
1) does LS only suits for small topology? (my topology is already every
small)
2) is the CBR rate too large?
