Hi Mohur,

I never used Cygwin befor but I guess it is a X configuration problem.
Check what xhost says, and try some other programs like xload.
If you are running X and the applications with different users you must
allow incoming conncetions from localhost (eg "xhost + localhost") or
configure X such that other users may use your desktop.

I think this is not a NAM problem.
