Hi, adjusting transmission power and thresholds is not sufficient for such a long distance. You also need to adjust MAC timeout values. Citing from my own mail with subject "Re: [ns] MAC/802.11 "STA" error on ACK" ----- The Linux driver for the madwifi cards includes a utility to calculate all relevant timeout values. Maybe it is a starting point for you. If you do not have access to a madwifi card I could ask a colleague for assistence.
