Installation of NS is operating system dependent. like if we want to talk
about the Fedora. 
Then Fedora -3 support NS-2.28, Fedora 4 and Fedora 5 support NS -2.29. So,
before installling NS 
version U also see the compatibility of the same with the Linux operating
System.
