When I install ns2.29 on windowXP, I found the following error
Copying skeleton files.
These files are for the user to personalise
their cygwin experience.
These will never be overwritten.

`./.bash_profile' -> `/home/luckybd//.bash_profile'
`./.inputrc' -> `/home/luckybd//.inputrc'
