When I install ns2.29 on windowXP, I found the following error

Copying skeleton files.
These files are for the user to personalise
their cygwin experience.

These will never be overwritten.

`./.bashrc' -> `/home/luckybd//.bashrc'
`./.bash_profile' -> `/home/luckybd//.bash_profile'
`./.inputrc' -> `/home/luckybd//.inputrc'

$ cd ..

[EMAIL PROTECTED] /home
$ cd ..

[EMAIL PROTECTED] /
$ ls
bin       cygwin.bat  dev  home  proc  usr
cygdrive  cygwin.ico  etc  lib   tmp   var

$ cd usr

[EMAIL PROTECTED] /usr
$ cd local

[EMAIL PROTECTED] /usr/local
$ ls
bin  etc  lib  ns-allinone-2.31  ns-allinone-2.31.tar.gz

$ cd ns*

[EMAIL PROTECTED] /usr/local/ns-allinone-2.31
$ ls
