hi i am doing project on power control mac protocol for wireless ad-hoc networks
.DOes anyone have idea regarding how to set different power transmission levels for different ranges.Actually i need to map certain power transmit i.e Pt_ values and battery power i.e txPower_ inorder to calculate power consumption.But i don't have any source for taking such values inside ns.for e.g what is the value of TXPOWER_ and Pt_ for a transmision range of 100m,200 etc.I can get Pt_ value for that but what value can i put for txpower_ which is the power used for energy consuption calculation.I am totally confused with this.Please help me.
