Hi, my name is Remy and I'm student in the computer science department Cal State Fullerton.
As you guess, this is NS2 question but actually TCP Vegas one. A classmate of mine claims that that TCP Vegas omits the header for the total packet size and TCP New reno does include the header with the total packet size. I look thru TCP Vegas.cc and NewREno.cc source and I do not see this. I don't believe this could be true because TCP vegas creators would not be so negligible in their thought process. Is this true or where I should look in the code? Thank you if you guys have time to answer this. Remy
