[ns] How to create disjoint path in AOMDV

Dear, 
  I need to create a scenario like below using AOMDV but the question is that 
if i adjust node positions manually how to implement AOMDV on it?
   
   
                 *    *    *      *
              *                        *
  source*                             * destination
               *                      *
                  *   *    *     *  
   
  Here stars(*) except source and destination are intermediate nodes.
  Any idea will be appreciated.
