[ns] [help]invalid command name ...

Dear all;
 
           I try to add CSFQ to ns-2.29. and I followed the step by step with 
the instruction of http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~istoica/csfq/   very careful.   
 
           At first, I am sure my ns-2.29 is work well. The  problem only comes 
after I add the CSFQ algrithm. 
 
        
           It failed with these messages:

"Queue/CSFQ set id_ 0"

          Is there anybody who could help me? or give me some hints?
