all you have to do is that each time you run the simulation go open the data
file being used by xgraph copy the data to openoffice.org calc (assuming you
are using fedora) do this each time you run the simulation and using that file
you can compare the throughput.
or you can save all files by different names and then use microsoft excel in
windows for the same
Do remember that the time interval should be the same in all the throughputs.
