My professor asked me to simulate a Multi-RED queue with MNSv2.0. Someone said
that I can use the Diffserv patch of Sean Murphy but unfortunately I can't
install it. Could anyone show me how to do my homework. Thanks so so much.

Multi-RED is applied on the link between Node 3 and Node 4. I want to use the
RIO-C to give priority to AF11 over AF12 when congestion occurs.
