[ns] Buffer play back iin tcl

hi all,

i have a simulation to do please help me ;

i want to write a tcl code which simulate a buffer playback

Rate_playBack is set of [100,200,300,400] kbps
the size of buffer is 10* (Rate_playback) ; ie 10 seconds of content media.
the traffic can be FTP / CBR.
the buffer should be monitored by a mobil node. 

Can someone send me  tcl code of this.
