[ns] Force parameter in file.h to read its value from tcl file?

How to force a parameter to read its value from tcl file?
 
To be more clear, I have this example: 
In  file called mac-802_11.h there is a parameter ' cw_ ' belong (inline void 
rst_cw) function,  and I have formula plaeced inside tcl file (cw_ = A + B) 
.... I want to force cw_ parameter to read its value from my formula (tcl file).
 
How to do that .. please help me
