Hi .. Thanks for replying .This error is due to non-matching of the ns2 file with the patch file. Actually before applying the patch I add one protocol of my own . and thats why i modified the ns2 files.
Because of that the patch file don't find the specified location of ns2 files to write . I manually add those lines and it solves the problem . Anyway thanks for reply ..
