Dear Ns-users,
I have been trying to implement Leach on NANNASIM but
am not able to do along with many other users on the net who have the same
questions which appear again and again but no answer or documentation is
available.So i want to draw your attention towards this common problem.
Although I have tried to throw some light on the solution from my side but
require your cooperation to help solve this problem.
I am simulating WSN networks using mannasim.After exporting the tcl file
and running it through ns-2.29(with mannasim) i get a error "SEGMENTATION
FAULT".Therefore a empty TRACE file.
This happens after the creation of nodes.Did anybody come across this
problem while using mannasim.I have tried for all the provided protocols
AODV,LEACH but came across the same error.Basically i want to simulate the
leach protocol but am not able to do so.
After some debugging i found out that it may be due to high no of nodes,but
i reduced the nodes and the problem persists.When surfed the net for
segmentation faults i got some answers as to what may be the problem
1.Due to channel.cc list-improvement
2.Fault in reading the common header related to LL.cc
