Hi, I am in urgent need to find a solution for my questions. If anyone helps, I will appreciate it so much.
I need to access node id in mac802_3.cpp file. I could access the mac address (index) of the node which is under the process of mac functions but I need to know the node id of the node. If I want to use get-node-by-address which address should I pass into the function to return me the node which is currently in the process in mac layer. Another question: how can I set a specific mac address (index) to a node in .tcl file. P.S. I am using NS2.34. Thanks in advance. Fariba
